Club Attack Registration Process     GEVA (Garden Empire Volleyball Association) has an online registration system for the 2008-09 season.  It is simple and easy to navigate.  All players need to register in the system BEFORE participating in any Volleyball activities.   * You can ONLY register online.  There will be no hard copies available at tryouts.  YOU MUST make sure you do this BEFORE tryouts or you will not be able to participate because you will not be insured under GEVA.     1. Read the directions before registering here: http://www.geva.org/files/IndividualRegistrationInstructions.pdf   2. Register with GEVA here: http://reg.geva.org/HAI_P/R_USRreg.php   USER NAME is your e-mail address - then create a password.  Click on PERSONAL INFORMATION on the left side of the next screen and fill out the registration form.  Once that is done they will prompt you to print the medical waiver and the registration form.   3. Download the Club Player Information Sheet from our website (www.clubattackvolleyball.com)    4. Please bring the final signed forms to tryouts - including GEVA registration/waiver form, GEVA medical form and Club Player Information sheet. The GEVA tryout fee will be sent by Club Attack.   5. Bring a non-refundable tryout fee of $75 in cash or check made payable to Club Attack Volleyball.    If you are trying out for multiple clubs,  you only need to register with GEVA once.
